Plaquemine Lock Booking Policy

We allow at 15 minute grace period so please let us know if you are running late.

For outdoor bookings, please note that we have limited covered tables so we will try our best to seat you in the dry areas!

If your table is booked by someone after your booking, we may respectfully request the table back after 2 hours.

To hold a reservation, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but a fee of £10 per person will be applied for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation:

We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations where a deposit has been agreed or credit card details taken we will take a £10 per person cover charge
