Stars, stripes & stilletos. The best Drag Brunch in Islington.

The Brunch: Southern, Stunning, and Stuffed with Joy
If you’re after brunch with attitude, welcome to the wildest drag brunch in Islington. Taking place on Sunday the 6th of July, starting from 12:30pm. Hosted by Monroe, this brunch brings Southern flavour, star-spangled sass, and unapologetic queer joy to our canal-side Louisiana pub.
The menu includes both meat, veg and vegan options – think fried chicken, eggs sardou, and smashed avocado.
It’s an after-party for Pride in London. An after-after-party for the 4th of July. A brunch where the Sazeracs are strong and the lipstick’s even stronger. Come hungry, come camp, and book early – this is a drag brunch in Islington worth dressing up for.
We recommend only adults for the performance, but dogs and furry friends are allowed.

Monroe Hosts: Lip Syncs, Games & Gorgeous Mayhem
Who the F*ck is Monroe?! Your next obsession, that’s who. Monroe is the Guernsey-born alternative drag artist tearing up the UK cabaret circuit with powerhouse vocals, filthy humour, and a look that’ll melt your brunch. A finalist in Drag Idol UK 2024, Monroe’s already smashed it at Download Festival, strutted through residencies in London and Brighton, and left a trail of sequins, screams, and stunned straight men wherever she’s gone.
At our drag brunch in Islington, she’s not just hosting – she’s commanding the floor with killer performances, games, chaos, and crowd energy so high it should come with a warning. Whether she’s lip-syncing, live singing, heckling, or flirting, Monroe delivers drag you feel in your gut (careful) and remember in your hangover.
Witty, wild, and wildly talented, she’s the showgirl with soul – and she’ll have you howling before the chicken bones even land.

A Drag Brunch in London, But With Louisiana Spice
Looking for a drag brunch that hits different? We’re in a Louisiana-inspired pub, tucked on a sunny canal corner near Angel Station, serving pecan pain perdu and grits, pouring bourbon and beer, and blaring queer joy out the windows. Taking place on Sunday the 6th of July, starting from Midday.
Outside, our hanging-basked-draped red-brick pub is soaked in sunshine. Inside, there’s Monroe in gingham and latex. We serve the pancakes, Monroe serves everything else. Whatever it is, it’ll be delicious and messy and too much – just like the show.
This is your invitation to celebrate Pride, salute the 4th of July, or just scream-sing along to Americana hits while passing the Tabasco. It’s queer, it’s Southern, it’s summer – and it’s everything a drag brunch in Islington should be.
We recommend only adults for the performance, but dogs and furry friends are allowed.
